Waiting for part

Not good. Still waiting on a new pod for my ninja single serve. Second coffee maker. I had to cut the cord on the first one.Know the k-cup doesnt work again. They said two weeks. Now 4to6 weeks. Original one we got before Christmas. Do three months and about only two weeks of k cups. Thinking of going elsewhere

We ordered the Ninja barista coffee system and the pod single coffee brew side did not work. We exchanged it for a new machine and again, did not work. After calling customer service she told me we needed a brand new machine. So that would be 3 in one month. Id rather just find a better more reliable brand. Piece of junk.

Technical problem with coffee brew settings and the Ninja Coffee Maker

This is a wonderful product and the customer service for a brewing issue I was having.

For some reason, the "dial" setting for the number of ounces changed from 12 Oz to 11 Oz, and it was making Less coffee. I could not figure out why.

I called customer service and what a pleasant surprise.

Not only did the agent speak very fluent English, but she was also very helpful in solving my problem.

To better understand my issue, she connected a video link to my phone, so I could show her the issue.

She immediately saw the problem that the right-hand setting was on "Rich Brew," which reduces the amount of water used for a cup.

I cannot remember ever having such great customer service in my life, and I'm 83 years old.

This is a great product made by a great company.

A new air fryer dt251 instructions were unclear how to prevent protecting heating elements from drips. Seems we use a sheet pan but no instructions how to use it with the basket.

No instructions how to clean the heating elements regardless. Customer support agreed there are no instructions how to clean the element. She referred me to page 16 which I already read. She concluded on her own not to clean the elements.

This is after waiting on hold for 28 minutes and listening to a British recording every few minutes that customer support is busy. And, the link to support in the instructions is invalid.

We purchase a GE induction range, Dec 11, 2021,

Shortly after, we purchased two of your Ninja Foodie Never Stick frying pans 12 and 10 , Induction safe pans.

Our range stop functioning on Oct , 25th. 2023.

Not even 2 years old. Repair tech.came to our home and found the main control board was burnt out. He check our pots and pans with a magnet , and low and behold your frying pans were the culprit or cause of the burnt out board. Part of the bottom outer edge and the sides are not magnetic, therefore causing the induction field to work harder and resulting in overheating and burning up the control board.

Replacement board for this range is $1500.00 cad + tax and labour.

He claims this is becoming a very common problem with induction ranges. My issue with this is Ninja indicates on the bottom of the pans that it is induction safe. Not sure what consumer are suppose to do, we trust that manufacturers when making such products know exactly what it can be used for and or are least tested.

At the time the range failed, we in fact were using the 12 pan. In future if you continue to manufacture products for induction ranges, can you at least ensure that they fully magnetic on bottom and sides, similar to good old fashion cast iron frying pans.

I purchased the dz550 air fryer directly from Ninja on 10/11/23.12 days later Amazon and Best Buy dropped the price by $120. I contacted Ninja and requested a price match. Ninja USA will not price match; however, Ninja UK and other regions will price match within 30 days. Truly disappointed in Ninja and their customer service. I have been a customer of both shark and ninja for many years. I may purchase from a retailer with better policies going forward.

My Ninja Creami caught fire in the kitchen. Started smoking and caught for while blending on "lite ice cream" We had used this machine for a month, no issues. Super scary. My sister has the same unit and gave her son the container to eat his ice cream after being blended and the blade DETACHED and was sitting at the bottom of the ice cream. Be careful Creami users. Returned rug cleaner advertised on TV received not happy sent it back on Nov 2 2023 spoke with 5 different people before speaking with nicholo at Ninja Kitchen he sent me a credit order in the amt of $302 and change to-date received 189.38 according to my bank, at lease have someone with knowledge call me at 585 671**** to explain what has happened and whats a credit order??? I am pissed that it is taking almost 5 months to get this resolved

Coffee maker that is JUNK

I own a model cf092w coffee maker which began leaking below the reservoir six months after I bought it. I did the old google o-ring remedy with limited success.

I got tired of messing with this piece of junk and called your company and they were willing to sell me a new washer for $19. I told the person I could take it back to Costco and get all my money back; so why would I put another $19 into a piece of junk.

Congratulations, you will soon be receiving from Costco one of your coffee makers that doesnt work.

There ain t no profit in that.

Now we are talking about something you understand.

When you create a product that turns out to be unreliable it means it is engineered wrongly and the testing isnt adequate to insure reliability. You and Boeing have something in common.

This is the last Ninja or Shark product I will ever buy.

Terrible customer service

Ninja Kitchen - Terrible customer service
Absolute trash customer service. I bought a $250 coffee maker on Black Friday for only $140. Instead of fulfilling my order, they cancelled it stating some issue with delivery. There was no attempt at delivery. When I contacted them the day after getting the cancellation email, they promised to send a new one. A week later I get a refund email. I called customer service and they said that all they can do is help me order a new one at the original price.

Ninja bottom *** came off.. Factory made part , the screw part snapped off.

Im not happy they dont replace the product. Ive had Hamilton Beach products, they stand behind there products!!!
